7 Tips for Improving the "Customer Experience"

6. Make it easy for your customers to get a hold of you. Depending on your budget, provide resources such as an instant chat line, easy to access customer service information and phone numbers or at least a simple email.
7. Avoid clutter. A website that moves a users eyes around the page too much, is popping with too many images, and resembles an un-organized collage of elements tends to confuse users and gives the impression of being messy, not well cared for, or incomplete.
